"The distance-learning format of
this program is attractive because of the flexibility it will allow with my
personal and professional schedule. Removing the travel time will increase the
quality of time I will have to spend on research and scholarly work for the
program."
Cathy Poillon Lovecchio, MSN, RN

The College of Nursing has instituted a laptop initiative for its
Nursing PhD program, and all students are expected to participate to ensure
ease of service by technology support personnel. Students are
issued a Dell laptop along with webcams and headset and pay a technology fee for
the laptop program for four years during the fall and spring semesters. For more
information about the laptop program, go to:
http://www.villanova.edu/unit/support.
All students enrolled in this program will require a high-speed internet
connection.
