The Nursing Education concentration prepares nurses to assume leadership roles and educational positions in academic and health care settings. Students prepare for faculty roles in baccalaureate and associate degree programs, or with staff development positions in health care settings.

Our core courses prepare you with the foundational knowledge essential for all graduates. Our clinical courses build upon your existing knowledge and provide you with a focus in curriculum/program development, and classroom/clinical teaching. We place our students with preceptors who serve as mentors and role models throughout the educational practice component. Our graduates are employed in academic and clinical settings around the world.
