Nina Tamanini is a 2004 graduate of our Alternate
Sequence Curriculum. She was glad to have this program as an option. Why? I
liked the alternate program because it gave me the opportunity to achieve a BSN
without having to go back for four more years of school, she explains. I feel
that the program prepared me fully for my career as a nurse. Villanova gave me
the opportunity to go to a birthing center in Weslaco, Texas as a means of
fulfilling clinical requirements. It was a great experience!
Tamanini also recognizes the quality of the faculty. She observes, Each faculty
member was excellent! They went out of their way to help students, both as a
group and as individuals. Going back to school or changing your major is a very
difficult decision to make. The alternate program at Villanova makes the
transition as smooth as possible.
