The following resources are available to students in the Learning Resource
Center to be used as a preparation resource for standardized test taking or
NCLEX.
CD-ROMs on the Villanova Network
NCLEX RN Success
A question and answer testing tool from MEDs Publishing. This program offers
over 1,000 randomized practice questions- in a simulated NCLEX environment- in
Medical/ Surgical Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Maternal/Child Nursing,
Pediatric Nursing, Nursing Management, and Pharmacology. Students can "create a
test" to customize their learning or choose integrated tests. Highlighted hint
words, talking glossary, drill questions, and practice exams with detailed
rationales reinforce learning. Timed, password- protected assessment tests help
students assess their knowledge and boost their confidence for exam day.
RN Essentials - An Interactive Nursing Review
These powerful, interactive tools
allow students to review essential information in a condensed format in:
