This team and volunteers coordinate efforts to honor Villanova staff who work the evening and overnight hours. In particular, whenever there is a University-wide social event for faculty/staff, the Midnight Shift Recognition Team personally delivers special gifts for those employees unable to attend due to their shift work. In addition the Midnight Shift Recognition Team sponsors an early morning Christmas breakfast for Custodial workers and Public Safety officers whose shifts end at 6 am or earlier.
