Parking Request Appeal Form

All Eligible students must first register for parking through NOVASIS.

This form is only for undergrads to request a temporary parking permit.
Visitors should stop at the Parking Office or the Main Gate (on N. Ithan Ave.) upon arrival for a day pass.

Individuals should never bring their vehicle to campus until they receive a positive response on their appeal.
