Blending award-winning traditions with new styles and flavors!

With three "all you care to eat" full-service dining facilities serving only the finest ingredients, meal time is exciting. Select from the freshest produce and meats, prepared by a team of trained culinary experts. All three halls accept our meal plans, points, cash, Visa, Mastercard and Wildcard debit. All three halls offer all you care to eat service with unlimited beverages (fountain drinks, juices, milk, coffee and tea). Enjoy your meal in a relaxing atmosphere, however please note that no food can be taken out of these locations.

Salad Bar
Enjoy the longest salad bar on the east coast! 96 feet of the freshest seasonal fruits and vegetables.

 

Made-to-Order Sandwiches & Specialty Salads
Made-to-Order sandwiches featured daily at lunch.  Specialty salads offered on the salad bar including Buffalo Chicken Pasta salad and Wheat berry Grain Salad.

Made-to-Order Breakfast
Omelets, eggs and more prepared at our grills.

A Dougherty Hall tradition. Nachos, cheeses and all of the toppings you desire.

 

Nightly Action Stations
Featuring made-to-order selections such as a burrito bar, a pasta bar, and a stir fry station.  Offered Monday to Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm.
