Variable Data / Matched Mailings

Personalized matched mailings are an effective way to communicate your message.

Graphic Services, in conjunction with Mail Services, has developed numerous customized work processes that enable us to effectively, efficiently and economically process these types of mailings. So, if you have a message that needs to be read, and want a personalized, professional touch to your mailing, ask us about it.

We are able to print your letter with the individual name and address from either your already merged file or we can do it for you.  (Variable mailing)

To add an even more customized look to your job we can match your personalized letter to an ink jet printed envelope without the window.  (Matched mailing)

To submit a personalized job please note the following:

• Submit the data on a excel spread sheet.

• The Excel file should only contain information needed for the letter and/or envelope 

• All data that is not needed for the mailing should be eliminated prior to sending to us.

• Provide the letter in its original format

• Let us know all the components that are to be used with the mailing. - Letterhead, envelopes, business reply envelopes, brochures etc

• Class of postage - Ask us about the most economical way to process your mailing.
