The purpose of the Mail Services Department at Villanova is to provide all resident students as well as all academic and administrative departments with a reliable facility to handle all of their mailing needs and to support the University in its endeavors by providing efficient and cost effective mailing and shipping solutions.

It is very important that packages are addressed correctly to assure proper processing and delivery.

Request slips must be used by departments with any official University business mail that will have postage applied.

Current Postage Rates

The US Postal Service announced the increased postage rates effective January 22,2012.  The first class letter rate will increase by 1 cent to 45 cents, and the first class postcard rate will increase 3 cents to 32 cents. Prices across most other mailing services will also change. Express Mail and Priority Mail prices will not be affected.
