Following are guidelines for new employers who wish to create an account through GoNOVA - formerly eRecruiting/Experience and linking Villanova to your account. Your linked account offers the ability to create jobs, view jobs, see your scheduled events and with special authorization, access resume books.

To create an account go to http://villanova.erecruiting.com/emp/sblogin, Click on “Create an account.” Request access to link Villanova to your account. Linking Villanova is a one time process. Afterward, simply enter your account by using your email address as your username and the password you created. If you have any problems with your account, please contact betty.jane.cornell@villanova.edu.

If you are planning to interview on-campus or host any events, such as information sessions, you will need to contact carol.lloyd@villanova.edu to have the schedules/events set up. Career Services will be responsible for your application and closing dates.

If your job posting was entered by Career Services, unless otherwise noted, all applications will be emailed directly to you.

If you are conducting interviews on campus, you can view your upcoming schedules through the Jobs section. Select the interview date in the Interview Schedules column, adjacent to the applications column, to review your schedule.

Web Resume Books – students and alumni seeking employment, publish their resumes to web books. Employers can perform searches and contact qualified candidates directly. Company information and a job description are required by Career Services before an employer can gain access to the resumes. This information can be faxed or emailed to betty.jane.cornell@villanova.edu with your request to view the resume books. If an employer is eligible, access and instructions will be provided.
