What services do you provide for Alumni?
Alumni are eligible for counseling, either in- person or over the phone; access to their Experience.com account for job postings, mentoring program and Resume Books.

Are alumni permitted to use the on-campus recruiting program?
This is the only service that is restricted to current students, and is dictated by employer needs. The on campus recruiting program consists of internships and entry level positions. Interview slots are limited and therefore reserved for current students. Alumni have full access to employer contact information in GoNOVA and are encouraged to work directly with the employers.

Why must I submit my credentials request ahead of time?
There are periods of time when demand for Credential services peaks, usually at the end of each semester. In order to ensure precise processing of your request, Career Services requires 2 – 7 days to process the request.

Can I talk to a counselor over the phone?
Yes, call 610-519-4060 to set up an appointment and mention that it is to be a phone appointment. The counselor will call you at the appointed time.
