Housing for Transfer Students

Option 1:

Off-Campus Housing

Option 2:

Kaul Hall at Rosemont College Mapquest to Rosemont

The Office for Residence Life maintains a web page, which lists apartments and rooms available in the area for students.

Here you will find a list of apartment complexes in the area, as well as apartments and rooms available to rent.

Note: Villanova University makes no representation whatsoever regarding the housing or the landlords listed through this site.  The properties are listed at the request of area landlords to assist students in locating possible off-campus housing opportunities.  Students are responsible for inspecting the property and negotiating lease terms with the landlord.  Villanova University has not inspected or investigated the listings or landlords in any way and does not endorse any specific properties or landlords nor does the University accept responsibility for the condition of any premises, the terms of leases, treatment by any landlord, or compliance with applicable local zoning ordinances.

In Fall 2007, the University will lease Kaul Hall at Rosemont College in an effort to accommodate students (seniors and transfers) who desire housing, but are not eligible to reside on the Villanova University campus. Given that space is limited at Kaul Hall, assignment is done on a first come first served or date of admissions deposit basis.

Detailed information about living at Kaul Hall can be viewed by clicking the links above.

If you are a Transfer Student and would like to request housing at Kaul Hall, please notify the Office for Residence Life.
