What is Inter-Hall Council?
Inter-Hall Council is a student organization committed to maintaining and
improving community living in our Residence Halls.
Our Mission Statement
We are the unified voice of the Villanova
residential community. By building, bridging, providing exposure, and guiding,
we affect residential change. We are committed to community planning and
dedicated to all hall events. Out of many Residence Halls comes one Hall
Council.
Hall Council accomplishes this by:
- Through residents' ideas, we plan and enact
fun and useful programs.
- We build and promote leadership through all
hall council positions.
- We establish residence hall identity
through personal connections.
Hall Councils
Hall Council Presidents, Programming Chairs, Secretaries and Hall
Representatives have already been selected, but you can still join your
building's Hall Council! Just email
ihc@villanova.edu if you are interested. Each Hall Council is
advised by your Head Resident Assistant and has an IHC Mentor from the Executive
Board.
Hall Councils can propose an event to the IHC Executive Board by completing this
Event Proposal
Form and sending a Hall Council Member to the next IHC Exec Board meeting,
held every Sunday night at 7pm in the Rosemont Room - Connelly Center.
