This Student Maintenance Request System was designed to provide you with a user friendly interface to submit service requests to Residence Life, Facilities Management, WildCard Office and Custodial Services. Since these services are provided by different offices, you may not be submitting an online form, depending on the type of service.

To find the method by which you would need to contact, please locate the Problem or Service Needed in the left column and then follow the instructions in the right column.

Facilities Maintenance Office:

Use this online form which goes directly to the Facilities Management Office or Residence Life.

Tips for completing the form:

  • After you choose the building for which you are requesting service, choose ORL (Office for Residence Life).
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon your submission of this form. Keep this Work Request Number for follow-up.
  • Once your Work Request is submitted, your information is then verified by the Facilities Office or Residence Life*

Since identification is required, please go to the office of Residence Life.

Email the location of the machine and your concerns to wildcard@villanova.edu
  • Cable Television
Comcast Cable Company:

Call Comcast at 215-992-2712 to report cable television problems.
The above number will be a voice mail. Please leave a message including information: Name of School, Name of Residence Hall, Room Number, Nature of Problem, and Telephone number where the Comcast Cable Representative can reach you.

A representative from Comcast Cable will contact you to set up an appointment.
