About the Property Listings

The Office for Residence Life maintains a section of the web dedicated to listing available off-campus properties to assist Villanova students in locating possible off-campus housing opportunities. The properties are listed at the request of local landlords and is not an exhaustive list of all available properties in the area. This section of the web also lists contact information for local area apartment complexes. Please contact the complexes directly to determine pricing and availability.

Note: Villanova University makes no representation whatsoever regarding the housing or the landlords listed through this office/site. The properties listed are done so at the request of the landlords to assist students in locating possible off-campus housing opportunities. Students are responsible to inspect the property and negotiate lease terms with any landlord. The Office for Residence Life posts available local property listings as property owners make us aware of their availability. If you would like to have a rental listed on this website, you must submit your request in writing to the Office for Residence Life.

You may submit an available property listing by using our on-line form.  Be sure to include all information requested.

Details about the Current Available Off-Campus Property Listing

• Listings are generally updated each Thursday.
• The Office for Residence Life will keep listings on the website for thirty (30) days.
• If you rent your property prior to the thirty (30) day listing deadline, please email the Office for Residence Life.
• If you have not rented your property within thirty (30) days and would like your listing to remain on the website, please email the Office for Residence Life and indicate the Listing Number in your email.
• The Office for Residence Life reserve the right to add or delete listings at its discretion.
