This booklet, published by the Dean of Students Office, is designed to
assist students in finding suitable housing, understanding a lease, and
inspecting a dwelling. It also provides an overview of campus resources and
a review of local ordinances, including zoning ordinance.
- Township Approved Housing for Students

Many neighboring townships have enacted zoning ordinances that restrict the
number of students that can live together in a particular property. These
ordinances also restrict where students can lawfully reside within the township.
This link will provide you with an updated list of township approved housing for
students in Radnor, Lower Merion and Haverford Townships. This list also
includes landlord contact information. Please see note below.
