Residence Halls at a Glance
McGuire Hall
Located on the south campus, McGuire and Caughlin Halls are "twin" buildings, representing the newest of the University's traditional-style residence halls (circa 1989). Each of the three-story buildings houses approximately 120 residents in double and triple room accommodations. This year McGuire will house freshmen men and Caughlin will house freshmen women. The gender of each building may occasionally shift to accommodate enrollment patterns in the entering class.

McGuire Hall is named in honor of Rev. Francis X. McGuire, OSA, who served as Villanova's President between 1944 and 1954. During Fr. McGuire's tenure, the College of Nursing and the School of Law was founded.
