Welcome Alumni!

In Villanova's 28th consecutive year (19th as Fall Festival) hosting Special Olympics Pennsylvania, the event continues to grow and evolve into one of the largest and best student-run programs of its kind in America.

Several events for committee alumni and their families will take place at the 2007 Fall Festival, which runs Friday, November 2nd to Sunday, November 4th.  Check back to this website in late summer for more details.

Fall Festival Fast Facts

• 2007 will mark the 19th annual Fall Festival at Villanova

• Villanova has been the host of Special Olympics PA since 1979

• The 2007 Fall Festival Director is Jennifer Park '08, a Biology major from La Cañada, California.

• 8 of the last 9 festival directors have been female

• Since 1989, there have been over 425 student committee members

• Walidah Justice '96, Asst. Director of Student Development, is in her first year as committee advisor

• Charisse McGill, the Associate Competition Director-East for Special Olympics Pennsylvania, is beginning her first year as liaison.

• The 2006 Fall Festival was the first time Bocce competition was held off-campus; at The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr
