Awards
Awards will be presented in Connelly Center Cinema on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Athletes who complete better than 25%
of their entry time will be disqualified and receive a participation award.
Please update times by the first Head Coaches’ Meeting.
Course
Flags and/or pylons will mark the course. Course marshals and cheerleaders will be situated
along the course during the competition. Athletes and coaches will be able to inspect the course prior to the competition
on Friday afternoon between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. and after competition between 4:30
and 5:30 p.m.
Facilities
There will be a “port-o-potty”
available at the venue for athlete and spectator use.
Bib Numbers
Numbers and safety pins will be provided upon check-in at the head coaches
meeting Friday night for all athletes. The numbers must be worn on the front of
the shirt.
