The Mission of the New Student Orientation Program is to welcome new students into all aspects of University life: academic, communal, spiritual and social. 

We accomplish this mission by:

• Developing programs where new students learn about educational opportunities available to them both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Informing students of pertinent issues and resources on campus.
• Encouraging interaction and friendship among both new students and upper class students in order for them to become an integral part of Villanova University's community and tradition.
• Training a diverse staff of current students who facilitate the new students' transition into all aspects of university life.
