Is Parents Weekend for the whole family?
Yes, Parents Weekend is designed with the whole family in mind. We try to provide a variety of activities that will appeal to family members of all ages.

What is the suggested attire?
Casual to business casual is the suggested attire for most Parents Weekend events. The Junior Ring Ceremony tends to be a little dressier (shirts and ties for the male students, dresses for the female students) while the Senior Breakfast is business casual.

What time is the first/last event for the weekend?
Parents Weekend programming officially begins at 12:00pm on Friday at  the Connelly Center Welcome Desk, which has area information and the Parents Weekend schedule of events. Other events and workshops are scheduled throughout the afternoon. Please check the Parents Weekend individual Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Schedules for more details. The weekend’s official program usually concludes with a family Mass and then West Fest on Sunday afternoon from 12:00pm – 4:00pm. In between there are many activities, so please join us for some of the wonderful events that we have planned for you!

Can parents attend classes with their son/daughter?
Yes, parents are invited to join their son and daughter for classes on Friday, but only with prior permission of the professor. While there may be some class sections that might not be appropriate depending on the assignment, there are many professors that would welcome parents into their classrooms. Please have your son or daughter check with her/his professor.

Can I order tickets over the phone and pay by credit card?
If tickets are needed for a Parents Weekend Event, instructions for ordering will be posted on the Parents Weekend webpages. Football tickets can be purchased directly from the Athletics Ticket Office: (610) 519-4100.

Will tickets be mailed?
Tickets will not be sent through the mail. Please see below for information on how to pick up pre-ordered tickets (if necessary).

When/where can I pick up pre-ordered tickets for the Senior Breakfast? Are there assigned seats for the Senior Breakfast?
Tickets will not be sent for the Senior Breakfast. Seating assignments for the Senior Breakfast will be done on a sign-up basis. Seniors must sign up in 214 Dougherty Hall for a table assignment during the week before Parents Weekend. Dates and times for sign up will be posted on the Wildcat Newswire as well as on the Parents Weekend web pages. When Seniors come in to sign up for their table assignment, they will be given their tickets with their seating assignments. Seniors who do not come in to sign up will be randomly assigned to a table. This year, reservations for the Senior Breakfast must be made in advance by completing the online form (available in August).

How will I know if I my reservation is confirmed?
Your son or daughter will receive a confirmation email (sent to their Villanova email address) when your reservation has been accepted.
