Professor David Nawrocki of the Finance Department will introduce parents to this state-of-the-art trading lab. Frequently referred to as the "Trading Floor," the Applied Finance Lad was recently honored with the prestigious Laureate Medal by the Computerworld Honors Program for its state-of-the-art technology and innovative business-education applications.

VSB students are encouraged to participate in professional development initiatives such as internships and CoOps, career programs, case competitions and business societies as a means of "connecting theory to practice" - ultimately enriching their academic experience and preparing them for success in the workplace.  Join Brenda Stover, VSB Director of Professional Development, as she shares information about the opportunities that The Clay Center at VSB provides for business students to engage in activities that assist them in selecting an appropriate major, exploring career options, and building their professional portfolios.
