Events for NovaFest 2009 will be announced in March. Here's what took place at NovaFest 2008, held April 25-26, 2008 at Villanova University. As the weekend is always upgraded and expanded, events are subject to change every year.

With "Villanova's
Walk of Fame," Inflatables, Live Music and food provided by Chipotle, Dunkin'
Donuts and Villanova University Dining Services!
Come out to Sheehan Beach for the NovaFest Field Festival event! There will be a glamorous red carpet
area where students can take pictures and pose for the paparazzi. The field
will also include a Villanova Walk of Fame. Walk of Fame stars can be
purchased for a donation by any member of the Villanova community. The
proceeds will support Relay for Life. CAT will be selling stars after the
press conference as well as throughout the weeks leading up to Relay for
Life.
There will also be plenty to do during the day, whether you want to relax
and watch the local bands perform on the outdoor stage, enjoy the various
inflatables, grab a bite to eat from Chipotle or take a ride one of the
motion simulators. Food will be provided by Villanova University Dining Services (meal plan,
cash, points accepted). All other events are free!

Brand New
Brand New, formed in 2000 in Merrick, New York, this
group has toured with Thrice, Crime In Stereo, Dashboard
Confessional and mewithoutYou. They have released three albums, Your
Favorite Weapon, Deja Entendu and The Devil and God Are Raging
Inside Me.

Currently nominated for an Outstanding New Artist
award, and recipient of the MOBO 2007 Best Reggae Act award, Sean
Kingston helps kick off the NovaFest 2008 concert event. Kingston's hit single, “Beautiful
Girls” topped Billboard’s Hot 100 list throughout the Summer of
2007, with three weeks in the number one spot. His hit singles “Take
You There” and “Me Love” have skyrocketed to the top of the charts.
