UNIT’s Instructional Technologies group offers a wide variety of software training sessions — all free of charge — to help you advance your computer knowledge. Short 1-2 hour workshops are offered on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and FrontPage.

Additional workshops are offered monthly on Banner, Oracle Discoverer and Adobe Acrobat forms, should you need to use any of those programs to do your job.

For faculty, we offer a full range of courses to help you navigate Villanova’s course management tool, Blackboard Vista (formerly WebCT). We also have special topics sessions on Respondus (online testing), Podcasting, and more!

Too busy to attend a workshop? Villanova also offers online training — free of charge — in Microsoft Office and other popular software programs with Element K Online.
