The Multimedia Lab, a new addition to UNIT's computer lab offerings, is geared towards users who use technology in the classroom. The software in the lab goes beyond that in the public computing sites and includes many multimedia software packages such as Photoshop, Flash, Director, PageMaker, and more.

Distance learning specific applications have been installed to help with the development of on-line content. A video capture machine is available for faculty to digitize video into various formats including MPEG, AVI, and Real Media. The lab can be accessed with a valid Wildcard.
