CD-Burning Policies

• Limit of 3 copies for each CD
• Maximum usage time is one hour
• The CD Burner is available on a first come, first served basis

Scanner Use Policies

• 1 hour for scanning

Printing Policies

• 3 copies of each document that is 10 pages or less/Max 30 pages
• See posted printer policies for further details

General Rules

• Please use Tolentine or Mendel Labs unless you need the hardware or software that is only available in the Multimedia Lab.
• Hardware users always take precedence over software users.
• No Games
• No Music without headphones
• No Eating, Drinking, or Smoking
• Viewing of pornography and other offensive materials is prohibited
• University equipment is not to be used for illegal purposes. This room is under constant video surveillance. Anyone caught stealing equipment from this room will be prosecuted.
