To facilitate the extension of the pilot, we have scheduled several sessions over the next month. Some are feedback sessions for people who are currently participating in the program. We are looking for feedback from both staff and supervisors so we can improve/structure the program to meet the needs of the staff who are interested in AWS flexibility. Other sessions are for those employees who have not yet participated but would like to participate beginning July 1st. Please see dates below.

If you have already participated in AWS, you would simply need to fill out the Letter of Intentform and Communication Plan , and resubmit them to your supervisor.

*This combined meeting has a twofold purpose: 1) to collect feedback from current supervisors who have staff participating in the AW program; 2) to present the AW guidelines to managers/supervisors as a refresher for those who have staff currently participating or may have staff who want to participate starting in July.
