How does a student access TaskStream?

The students who are part of the pilot will get an access code either from their instructor or through WebCT.  This access code will be used to create an account at TaskStream.com.  Students are responsible for creating their own account and remembering their userID and password.

How does a faculty member access TaskStream?

If the faculty member is part of the ePortfolio pilot they will be given an access code by CIT to created their account at TaskStream.com. 

Where do I get product support?

Support for the TaskStream e-Portfolio is provided by the TaskStream Mentoring Services. They are available by phone Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm (EST). The phone number is 1-800-311-5656. Help is also available via email by emailing help@taskstream.com.
