Villanova Secure Gateway provides University faculty and staff secure remote access to Villanova network resources and among them to Banner from anywhere on the Internet. This remote login to Banner is available only to faculty/staff employees that have been granted an Oracle banner account.

How to Log In to Banner Remotely

• Open a browser and go to https://gateway.villanova.edu/ and logging in with your LDAP user name and password and follow the page instructions. 
• Under the " Network Connect" section click "Start button on the right". This will create a gateway.villanova.edu connection .
• Once connected using NetConnect, an icon will appear in your systray.
• Connect to banner Service from your PC just as you would on campus.
• To disconnect  rightclick the NetConnect icon in the systray and select sign out.
