How do I change my password?

1. Go to http://www.villanova.edu
2. Login to the Villanova Homepage
3. Click Edit Your Account at the top of the page.
4. Click Change Password.
5. On the right, type in your current password, then your new password twice.
6. Click Change Password.

How do I change my BANNER password?

If you can't remember your Banner username/password, you may send an email message to support@villanova.edu or call (9)7777. The message should specifically state that you'd like to have your Banner password reset.

What if I'm unable to log into NOVASIS?

If you have forgotten your PIN, you can click on one of the "Unable to Login in" links that reflects your VU status and provide the Information required: Your Villanova University UserID/SSN, Your Villanova University email address and your birth date. If you are still having a problem, please contact the Help Desk at 97777 email to support@villanova.edu.
