On-Campus Support Options

The TechZONE (Vasey Hall Rm 101) is managed by dedicated, full-time IT staff members along with trained student consultants.

Some of the TechZONE services include:

  • Walk-in computer support for Faculty, Staff, and Students.
  • Help Desk and email support.
  • Reimage (ghost) University-purchased or -issued computers.
  • Sale of network cables.
  • Information about Villanova computing environment.
  • Warranty service and repairs for University-purchased computers

On-campus Villanova Dell Service Center

The TechZONE at Villanova is a certified Dell service center for computers purchased through the Villanova Premier Dell web site for students. The TechZONE maintains a full time, Dell-certified technician for warranty and non-warranty repairs. The TechZONE stocks many parts to help ensure a quick turn around time for computers that require service. If factory depot service is required, the TechZONE will place the service call, and handle the packaging and shipping of the unit.

The TechZONE is centrally located on campus in Vasey Hall Rm 101 (adjacent to Dougherty Hall, the Sheehan and Sullivan Halls Quad, and across from the Connelly Center).
