New Phone System for University Offices and Departments

We are pleased to formally announce Villanova University has selected and implemented a new phone system. After a careful evaluation and due diligence process an Avaya system was selected and Empire Technologies is the system integrator. The new system will replace the 15 year old Aastra Intecom system. Training classes are currently offered, register online or view our online training video.

Student Phone Services

Villanova no longer offers phone services to residential students. The university has partnered with AT&T Wireless (formerly Cingular Wireless), a leader in voice and data wireless communications, to provide Villanova students cutting-edge wireless devices and services, as well as an array of discounted calling plans to meet students’ needs.

Faculty, staff and alumni also qualify for the discounted calling plans and should visit the AT&T web site above.
