The "Revised Consumables Model" is a program designed to create a centralized consumable acquisition program that can be utilized by the University's administrative community and student population. This program will provide an avenue for purchasing toner cartridges, ink cartridges, regular paper, as well as specialized papers.

Objective

The objective of Revised Consumables Model is to improve the current pricing levels for all hardcopy consumables and fully centralize the acquisition of these consumables through an efficient and expedient process that meets the users' needs. The primary goal of this program is to control the current cost of consumables.

What Are Your Options?

The Office Basics website can be found by clicking here.  This site provides ink cartridges, toner and consumable supplies for devices such as HP, Lexmark, Canon, etc..  For a Dell printer, see link below. 

• For students, items ordered from the Office Basics site will be delivered to the VU Bookstore.
• For departments, deliveries will go to the building.

The Dell website can be found by clicking here.  This site provides ink cartridges, toner and consumable supplies for Dell printers only. 

• For students, items ordered from the Dell site will be delivered to your VU Box.
• For departments, deliveries will go to the building.

The University has selected Office Basics and Dell as preferred vendors to provide toner, ink cartridges and other consumable supplies.
