We hope you have submitted a photo of yourself for your Villanova Wildcard. If you did not submit your photo, please do so by going to http://vuauth.villanova.edu/vusecurity/authentication.

So what is your Wildcard? The Villanova University Wildcard is your one card solution on campus and off. Sure, it is your official ID card, but it also has great added conveniences guaranteed to make your life easier. To better explain the Wildcard program to you, please watch this CD.

After viewing the CD, some of the most common asked questions are:

• When do I get my Wildcard? You get your Wildcard when you check into your dorm or if you are a commuter you will get it during orientation.
• Can I get my Wildcard early? Unfortunately, no.
• What is the average deposit made to the Wildcard Restricted debit account? Financial Aid recommends $950 a semester which includes books. Don’t forget you get a 5% discount in the bookstore when you make a purchase with your Wildcard.
• What is the best way to make a deposit in to the Wildcard Restricted debit account? We strongly recommend that you make your deposit BEFORE you arrive at Villanova in August. The lines tend to get very long. The best way is to use our web-site at https://services.jsatech.com/payment.php?cid=29&. By using this web-site you can add funds to your Wildcard account check your Wildcard balances and view your recent transactions. Your parents can even add value through the “Account Services, Wildcard Deposit”. However, when using this feature there will be a $1.50 convenience fee. For instance, if you deposit $950.00 online your credit card will be charged $951.50. Your funds will be available as soon as you get your Wildcard. If you would like your parents to have access to this account, you can grant them permission through the guest access icon. Also, you still have the option of sending in your deposit simply by filling out a deposit slip Click Here. Please postmark your deposit at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Your account will be credited and ready for you to use when you receive your Wildcard.
