Prospective Students

Our Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development provide students with the opportunity to follow their passion and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the field of human resources. Our goal is to prepare students to develop and expand their expertise in the field in order to think strategically in our ever-changing, global environment.

We offer a Master of Science (on campus & online), a variety of HRD certificates, and a combined Bachelor/Master degrees to accommodate a range of student needs. Courses are approved to qualify for recertification credits through HRCI and SHRM.

Villanova's Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development have been designed to accommodate the needs of all students. Courses are offered in a flexible 8-week design in both on campus and online formats.

Admissions Information

Applicants are admitted wholly on the basis of individual merit. View more information about what is required for admission, and to learn more about graduate assistantship scholarships.

VUHRD has rolling admissions, so you can apply and begin in the Spring, Summer, or Fall semester.

Tuition & Financial Info

Current tuition rates and fees in graduate arts and sciences are available at the Bursar’s Office. The University offers a convenient, interest-free Tuition Payment Plan which is open to any student. The Office of Financial Assistance also can help graduate students with their applications for student loans.
