The Johnson and Johnson Finance/Accounting CoOp

The Johnson and Johnson Finance/Accounting CoOp program involves a six-month full-time assignment at one of J&J’s operating companies in one of four accounting/finance areas, including Financial Accounting, Commercial/Marketing Finance, Operations Finance, or Business Development and Research & Development Finance. Participation in this program provides students with many benefits, including exposure to project teamwork, business communications, technical research of “real world” issues, process excellence (Six Sigma), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Typically, CoOp positions are available in various locations including: Fort Washington, PA, Spring House, PA, Somerville, NJ, Titusville NJ, New Brunswick, NJ, and Raritan, NJ.  If relocation is necessary, Johnson & Johnson will assist students with housing accommodations. Johnson & Johnson Brand Marketing CoOp

CoOps work on a Consumer Brand Marketing team at the Ft. Washington, PA campus, home of three members of the Johnson & Johnson family: McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson Merck, and McNeil Nutritionals, LLC. Participants develop and/or execute marketing programs and strategies, work with creative agencies to produce consumer communications, and analyze category and competitive trends using IRI, Neilson, and internal databases. The Johnson & Johnson Consumer Customer Development CoOp assignments provide exposure to business-to-business sales and an opportunity to gain an overall knowledge of the Consumer Packages Goods industry, while teaming with internal partners such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Typically, CoOp placements are located in Fort Washington, PA and Skillman, NJ, with additional placement possibilities in Illinois or California. Learn more.

Delaware County District Attorney’s Office Forensic Accounting/Economic Crimes CoOp

This unique Forensic Accounting/Economic Crimes CoOp, offered through the Office of the District Attorney of Delaware County (PA), is the first of its kind in the country. One or two placements are available for each six-month period at the Delaware County Courthouse in Media, PA. Learn more.

Morgan Stanley Firm Risk CoOp

This CoOp program allows students to serve on the Firm Risk Management team, which works with the business units and control groups to help ensure Morgan Stanley has a transparent, consistent and comprehensive program for managing operational risk, both within each area and across the Firm globally.  CoOps are involved in providing analytic support for operational risk evaluations, maintaining risk events and monitoring data used to identify risks and develop risk remediation recommendations, along with contributing to presentation development for executive management and senior risk managers and the development of Business requirements for Operational Risk technology platform.  CoOp assignment is in Morgan Stanley’s New York City Office. SAP Operation Support CoOp

This CoOp will focus on support of SAP customers and the Mission Control Center (MCC) Leads through engagement reviews, reporting, data analysis, and communications.

The candidate will engage with specialists and embedded support teams on technical analysis of customer systems; he/she will engage with MCC leads on customer cases to develop a new understanding of high-level engagements, technical analysis, and a mastery of workplace etiquette and SAP methodology.
