Dr. Moeness Amin Publishes a Record 42 Papers

In the past academic year, Moeness Amin, PhD, director of the Center for Advanced Communications (CAC), Villanova University College of Engineering, has published a record 42 papers in peer reviewed journals and conferences. Dr. Amin attributes this large volume of publications to a vibrant group of researchers at the CAC, as well as the strong and productive collaborations the Center has with many institutions abroad. Of the 14 journal papers published between June 2013 and May 2014, nine appeared in IEEE Transactions. Faculty and students at academic institutions in Algeria, Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy and Montenegro co-authored several of Dr. Amin’s papers in the past academic year.

Since joining Villanova in 1985, Dr. Amin has published more than 600 papers, which have been cited more than 7,500 times.
