Please complete and submit a new form for each term (or online session) you have registered for and would like to utilize your benefit

*Please utilize your Villanova student e-mail address to prevent submission errors
(e.g. BS, MA, MS, MBA, etc.)
(e.g. Public Admin., Human Resources Development, Nursing, etc.)
Please submit a seperate form for each session

Fall 2017 Withdrawal Deadlines:

The withdrawal (WX) deadline for Fall 2017 on campus, full-term courses is Wednesday, November 8.  For all other programs (Distance Ed, Fast-Forward, Graduate Business Session A/B etc.) please reference the relevant academic calendar.

Students expecting degrees for December 2017:
Please verify your degree status by accessing the Verify Diploma Information link from the Graduation Channel on the Student Tab of myNOVA.   If you are expecting a diploma and no degree information appears here, please contact registrar@villanova.edu at once.
