Christopher Harvey is a Managing Partner and Attorney at the firm Harvey Ballard & Bornstein, LLC, He specializes in the legal transactions surrounding estate and income tax planning, estate administration, estate and trust tax return preparation, and business transactions and planning.
Mr. Harvey serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching Decedents, Estate and Trusts; Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates; Estate Administration; Federal Wealth and Transfer Taxation; and Estate Planning II. He has previously taught Taxation of Property Dispositions. Mr. Harvey participated as an outside advisor and guest lecturer to the Internal Revenue Service and aided in the creation of the Estate Planning Certificate Program offered by the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and other state accounting societies.
Mr. Harvey has lectured on over 800 occasions on estate and tax planning topics and was distinguished as the Outstanding Discussion Leader for the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants for the years 1997 and 1998.
