  • We are able to accept only a limited number of clients to our roster each semester
  • We operate at full capacity only when school is in session
  • We don’t litigate
  • We don’t advise on freedom to operate or prosecute patents
  • We don’t advise on securities law matters
  • We advise all clients whose matters implicate tax considerations to consult with their accountants in addition to us, and in certain cases, with specialized legal counsel
  • We generally represent businesses and enterprises themselves as opposed to any business prinicpals in their individual capacities
  • We award a preference in client selection to ventures that align with Villanova University’s mission to: provide a public service to the community, better the human condition, create a more sustainable world, show concern for the poor, and foster responsible stewardship of the environment
