The Business of Drones

Drones, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), have changed the game in a growing number of industries. From agriculture to transportation to photography and media, the use of drones in business is becoming increasingly more popular.

A Harvard Business Review June 2016 article stated, "We expect the drone market to surge to nearly $7 billion by 2020 globally, driven by regulatory clarification, continuously decreasing component costs, and – most important– ongoing innovation that connects drone capabilities to big-data analytics."

The career opportunities for drone operators and for those who can think strategically about the application of drones in business are truly endless.
