Retention and Program Coach Application

Students seeking assistantships are required to meet these criteria:

  • Must be fully accepted into a master’s degree program at Villanova University
  • Must be a full-time student and carry 9 graduate credit hours per semester to be considered for employment
  • May take a reduced course load in their final semester if approved by the Graduate Dean
  • Must be available to work 20 hours each week during the fall and spring semesters
  • Must maintain a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or above
