Students may arrive between 3:00 and 5:15 p.m. on Friday, July 13. The first activity will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.
The Weekend ends on Sunday, July 15 at 12:00 p.m.
Yes, we will provide transportation both to and from the airport for those students traveling by plane.
If your only option is to land on Thursday, we will arrange housing for you. However, we must be informed well in advance.
No, we will be unable to pick students up from train station. The R5 can bring students to Villanova Station and we can have someone meet them and walk them over to the hall.

All students will stay in a residence hall on South Campus.
The cost covers all housing and meals except for dinner on Saturday evening.
You should bring clothes for 3 days, comfortable walking shoes, a pair of sneakers, sleeping bag or blanket for bed (sheets will not be provided), money for dinner on Saturday night, an umbrella, shower shoes, soap, a towel, toothbrush and paste, and any other items needed to make your stay comfortable.

Yes, that is fine. However, students may not leave before Sunday unless there is an emergency.

Yes, you will and will know 175 other people before orientation in August begins.
Yes. However, once you arrive, you may not leave campus until your departure on Sunday. We ask that you not drive any other persons back with you unless they arrived with you.
Lunch will NOT be served on Sunday afternoon. Please make plans on your own for lunch.
