A Message From the Provost

Dear Faculty and Staff,

The end of the semester is near and the holidays are almost upon us. With the passage of another year, and as I reflect on my first semester as Provost of Villanova, one word comes to mind…gratitude. During these past few months, I have developed an even greater appreciation for the strength of our Villanova community.

An institution’s greatest assets are its people, and once again you have proven that that is the case here at Villanova. In my role, I have the privilege of seeing how generously you all give of your time and expertise to our students, and I cannot adequately put into words the appreciation I feel for your efforts. Your work serves as a reminder of what is so special about Villanova, and I am incredibly thankful for all you do on behalf of the University.

As we make resolutions for the coming year, I hope you will share my optimism that 2016 will again be a year in which Villanova, and our talented students, faculty, staff and alumni, continue to thrive.

Best wishes for a very Merry Christmas, and wishing you and your families health, happiness and peace in the New Year. I look forward to working with you for a productive 2016!

Sincerely,
