Fulbright Student Award Winner - Mark Bookman
Mark Bookman (Global Interdisciplinary Studies ’14) has been awarded a Fulbright Student Award for 2014-2015 to conduct research in Japan. Mark was recently inducted into the Japanese National Honor Society and presented his paper, “A Teleological Approach to Comparative Philosophy: K?kai and Western Thought Traditions” at the Greater Philadelphia Asian Studies Consortium research conference. Mark will be headed to Koyasan in the fall to study Shingon Buddhist epistemology. Mark also highlighted this years class of Villanova Universities Who's Who among students in American Universities and Colleges with a GPA of 4.0.
