Service Opportunities

Villanova offers many service opportunities that have a variety of options based on your availability, passion and personal interests. Below are a few highlighted programs that many freshman discover in their first year.  If you would like to explore a specific service interest not listed here, please feel free to email studentinvolvement@villanova.edu and they will be happy to connect you with the correct campus resource.

A service opportunity to reach out to disadvantaged and diverse communities with kindness and compassion.
RUIBAL
A freshman-only service opportunity. Volunteer one day a week to serve schools in Philadelphia. (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
St Thomas of Villanova Day of Service Logo
Villanova students, faculty, staff, alumni and families partner annually with community agencies to perform service in neighborhoods throughout Greater Philadelphia, as a unique way to put Augustinian ideals into action.
COV
Community Outreach of Villanova is a weekly service opportunity providing the experience to serve at several locations in need.
MLK
Make this holiday a day ON, where people of all ages & backgrounds come together to improve lives, bridge social barriers, & more, working with the local community and in Philadelphia.

Able-ism awareness group focused on changing the way people view ability on campus by building relationships and mutual understanding with differently abled students.
