The colleges provide labs for use by students in specific disciplines, such as:

- Foreign Languages
- Media & Communications
- Business & Finance
Villanova maintains computer labs for public and classroom use. Public computer labs located in Mendel and Tolentine Halls are open to all faculty, students and staff with a valid Villanova Wildcard. The public labs are running vDesktop, (UNIT’s virtualized desktop solution) that provides access to Windows 7 base image which includes Email, Blackboard, MS Office , SPSS and other web based applications. The lab machines offer printing options via the University GoPrint system.Student computer consultants are available during specific times to assist users of the labs.

The Mendel computer lab is located on the ground level of Mendel Hall in Room G85. There are 19 vDesktop workstations and 3 iMacs available for the academic use of Villanova students with Wildcard access.
The Tolentine Lab is located in the basement level of Tolentine Hall in Rooms B2 and B4. In the Fall 2013, Tolentine was redesigned to deliver an environment for collaboration and individual learning. UNIT has provided 46 vDesktop workstations and 15 iMacs available for the academic use of Villanova students with Wildcard access in both rooms.
Consultants are also available, at select times, for questions and support.
