Director - responsible for decision-making with Nancy
White, opening/closing, all relevant paper work, and monitoring of
students, tutors, and mentors. |

Intern - responsible for aiding director in all of
his/her duties, as well as also playing an integral part in the
decision-making. |

Tutors - responsible for aiding students in their
studying. |
|
Mentors - responsible for helping students make a smooth
transition into college academia and athletics and to advise students on
decisions concerning both academics and athletics. |
