In 1978, Dan Regan began serving Villanova as an academic advisor and he has served continuously in that role since. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he received his master's degree from Villanova and his doctorate from Fordham University. He is a professor of philosophy at Villanova University.

Amy received her bachelor 's degree in Business Administration (Accounting) from Franklin and Marshall College, where she was a member of the volleyball team. Additionally, she earned a Master of Education in Sport and Recreation Administration from Temple University. Amy joined the Office of Academic Support for Athletics at Villanova in August of 2003. In her current position, Amy oversees the daily operations of the Office of Academic Support for Athletics. As the primary liaison between the academic and athletic communities, Amy is in constant communication with deans, faculty, and coaches. An active member of the National Association for Athletic Academic Advisors (N4A), Amy is a member of the Membership Committee and serves on the Region I conference planning committee.

Jenn graduated from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Jenn continued her education at Temple University, where she earned a Master of Education degree in Sport and Recreation Administration. While at Temple, she interned at Saint Joseph's University with the Office of Academic Support for Student-Athletes. Jenn also completed an internship with the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs where she worked with Athlete Services and the Operations Department. After graduating from Temple, Jenn worked as the Academic Coordinator for the Office of Academic Affairs for Varsity Athletics at Loyola College in Maryland. Jenn joined the Office of Academic Support for Athletics at Villanova University in October of 2008.
