In 1978, Dan Regan began serving Villanova as an academic advisor and he has served continuously in that role since. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he received his master's degree from Villanova and his doctorate from Fordham University. He is a professor of philosophy at Villanova University.

Jenn graduated from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Jenn continued her education at Temple University, where she earned a Master of Education degree in Sport and Recreation Administration. While at Temple, she interned at Saint Joseph's University with the Office of Academic Support for Student-Athletes. Jenn also completed an internship with the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs where she worked with Athlete Services and the Operations Department. After graduating from Temple, Jenn worked as the Academic Coordinator for the Office of Academic Affairs for Varsity Athletics at Loyola College in Maryland. Jenn joined the Office of Academic Support for Athletics at Villanova University in October of 2008 and is currently working towards a Masters degree in Counseling.

Krista received a Bachelor's of Science in Digital Media from Drexel University where she was a 4-year varsity swimmer. After working in the business world for a number of years, she decided to combine her two passions (athletics and education) into one career. She then attended Temple University and earned a Master's in Education with a focus in Sport and Recreation Administration. While in grad school, Krista completed a 2-year internship here at Villanova in the Office of Academic Support. After completing her internship, she became an Academic Counselor for Student-Athletes at the University of Maryland, College Park. At Maryland, Krista supervised 7 athletic teams, managed the Career Development program, and was the primary Advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). In April 2011, Krista eagerly returned to Villanova and was named the Assistant Director of Academic Support.
