The
On Campus Recruiting Program is a placement service helping to link
eligible Villanova students of all majors with companies for full-time and
summer internship opportunities. Campus interviews for the Fall begin
early October
through December . Interview dates for the Spring semester begin
early February through April. Interview dates are scheduled on a
first-come, first-serve basis. Each schedule allows an employer to interview
up to 12 students, 30 minute interviews or 9 students, 45 minute interviews. To schedule your company's visit(s), call Carol Lloyd @ 610-519-4061,
e-mail carol.lloyd@villanova.edu.
For scheduling purposes you may want to review the
Recruiting Schedule. Confirmation information
will be emailed once a date has been scheduled.
Video Interviewing
Career Services offers students and employers the ability to participate
in live video interviews. With a webcam, employers are able to conduct
face-to-face live video interviews with our students from anywhere in
the world! This opportunity allows you to access our students year-round
and interview students face-to-face! For more information contact Kathy
Bracken @610-519-6186, e-mail
kathleen.bracken@villanova.edu.
GoNOVA - is
the online system used for Campus Recruiting. Organization and
contact information, job description, required qualifications, application
details and deadline, and a link to your homepage will be entered on-line
for students to view and make application by submitting an on-line
resume. Once the application deadline passes, resumes are e-mailed to the position contact. Approximately
ten days are given to review the resumes and to select students
for interviews. Students
schedule their interview time after selections are made. Employers are given
a school username and password to GoNOVA that provides access
to post jobs, review resumes, make interview selections and view interview
schedules.
There is no fee to post a position or to participate
in the Campus Recruiting Program at Villanova University.
The Statement of Responsibility outlines
